Authors are invited to submit high-quality research aligned with the themes of the International Conference on Social Inclusion in Education through Digital Transformation. All submissions must follow the guidelines below to ensure a smooth and fair review process.
1. Abstract Submission Guidelines
Length and Format
Abstracts should be 200–300 words.
Written in English.
Use clear academic language.
Include title, author name(s), affiliation(s), email address, and 3–5 keywords.
Content Requirements
Abstracts should briefly outline:
research problem and purpose,
methodology or approach,
key findings (if applicable),
expected contribution.

2. Full Paper Submission Guidelines
Authors whose abstracts are accepted may submit a full paper for consideration in the conference proceedings volume (ISBN + DOI assigned upon publication).
Length and Structure
Manuscripts should:
be 3,000–6,000 words (excluding references),
be written in English,
include the following sections:
Title
Abstract (150–250 words)
Keywords
Introduction
Literature Review / Background
Methodology
Findings / Results
Discussion
Conclusion
References (APA 7th edition)
Formatting Requirements
Font: Times New Roman, 12 pt
Line spacing: 1.5
Margins: 2.5 cm on all sides
APA 7th edition style must be used for in-text citations and references
ORCID iD for each author is recommended
File Format
Manuscripts must be submitted in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx).
Peer Review
All full papers undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review process conducted by at least two experts in relevant fields. Only papers that successfully complete the review and editorial evaluation process will be considered for inclusion in the proceedings volume.
Please note that publication in the conference proceedings volume is subject to successful peer review, editorial evaluation, and final approval by Springer Nature.
DOI Assignment
All accepted full papers will receive a unique DOI upon publication.
3. Ethical Requirements
All submissions must comply with the conference’s Ethical Standards and COPE publication ethics, including:
originality,
no plagiarism or self-plagiarism,
proper authorship practices,
disclosure of conflicts of interest,
ethical approval for studies involving human participants.
Papers failing to meet ethical requirements will be rejected automatically.
4. Submission Process
Prepare the abstract or full paper following the guidelines above.
Upload the file via the submission system.
Ensure author details are complete and correct.
Await the double-blind review process.
Receive notification (accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject).
